This article explains how to add a content module. Modules house all D2L content. You must create a module before you can add topics. You can also create sub-modules (modules within existing modules) to create deeper hierarchy.
Creating a Content Module
- Navigate to the Content area of D2L by choosing “Content” from the course navigation menu..
- Along the left, you will see “Table of Contents.” Enter the title of the module in the “Add a module…” field. Press Enter or click outside the field to create the module.
- Click on the module you want to add a sub-module to from the Table of Contents panel. Enter the name of the new sub-module in the “Add a sub-module…” field and press Enter or click outside the field to create the sub-module.
