This article explains how to setup grade schemes in a course. A grade scheme is a way of organizing user performance on grade items into levels of achievement. Each grade scheme can include any number of achievement levels and each achievement level has its own range of acceptable grades and a symbol (numeric value, letter, text description) to represent it. KU uses the default percentage grade scheme, but you can also create your own to fit your course grading.
