  2. Reset your wifi connection or network adapter. Still nothing?
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Make sure you have an up-to-date browser.


Note: Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer. Therefore, it is no longer recommended for use with D2L. If you experience an issue with D2L in Internet Explorer, please try another browser before contacting us.

  2. Web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  3. Your location (on/off campus, computer lab, dorm, etc.)
  4. Connection type (wired or wireless)
