Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I print to my local printer using a remote session?

It may be slow to do so, but you can print from your office computer to your local printer in Microsoft Remote Desktop by ticking the Printers checkmark in Local Resources tab of the Remote Desktop Connection settings (shown in the image below). When you print on your office computer, you will see your home/local printer with the word "redirected" behind it.
